Reservations

How can I book a transfer?

Four ways: book online at islandtourtransfer.com, email us at [email protected], call +34 637 548 711, or send a WhatsApp to the same number. We are available from 07:00 to 22:00 every day.

How far in advance should I book?

At least 12 hours before your transfer. Do you need it sooner? Send us a WhatsApp message. We will do our best.

How long does it take for my booking to be confirmed?

You will receive an automatic email immediately stating that your booking is being processed. We will then send you the final confirmation.

Vehicles and Services

Will I share the trip with strangers?

No. Each transfer is private. The vehicle is exclusive to you.

Do you have VIP vehicles?

Yes. We offer Mercedes V-Class for a more premium experience. Just mention it when you book.

Can you accommodate groups and families?

Yes. We have spacious vehicles for larger groups. Please indicate the size of your group when booking.

Are children considered passengers?

Yes. Each child needs their own seat. Children cannot travel on an adult's lap.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, at no additional cost. We have the following:

  • Group I: For children 9-18 kg (approx. 9 months to 4 years)
  • Group II: For children 15-25 kg (approx. 4 to 6 years)
  • Group III: For children 22-36 kg (approx. 5 to 11 years)

We do not transport rear-facing infant seats from Group 0. If you need one, please contact us directly.

How much luggage can I bring?

The minivan accommodates 6 suitcases plus carry-on luggage. The minibus can carry up to 16 suitcases, depending on the number of passengers. If you have more, please let us know in advance.

Pickup and Delivery

Where will the driver meet me?

Airport: Meeting point in front of door C/4 in the central area of the terminal. Your driver will be holding a sign with your name.

Port: Right outside the exit of the Maritime Terminal.

Hotels or private addresses: At the reception or at your exact address. If traffic regulations prevent direct access, the driver will wait at the nearest permitted pickup point.

Can’t find your driver? Call the number listed on your confirmation.

Can I make additional stops during the journey?

Yes. You can add a stop to collect keys, pick up other passengers, or pick up something along your route. The first 5 minutes of waiting are free. After that, they are 60 euros per hour, billed by the minute.

Payment

How can I pay?

By card or cash. Pay the driver directly at the end of the transfer. The drivers carry change and have card terminals.

Are there hidden charges?

No. The price you see when booking is the price you pay. Fixed rates, no surprises.

Flight changes and delays

What happens if my flight is delayed or canceled?

We track all flights arriving at Palma Airport. If your flight is delayed but keeps the same flight number, you do not need to do anything. We will be there when you land.

If your flight number changes or your flight is canceled, inform us by email, telephone, SMS, or WhatsApp. Please provide us with the new details so we can update your booking.

Pets

Can I bring my pet?

Guide dogs and assistance dogs are always welcome. For other pets, please email [email protected] first. You will need an appropriate carrier.

Lost and Found

I left something in the vehicle. What should I do now?

Contact us immediately. Our vehicles continue to operate after your transfer, so the sooner you inform us, the greater your chances of recovering it. We will return the items free of charge during a scheduled service in your area. Urgent delivery may incur an additional cost.

Safety

Are your vehicles safe and legal?

Yes. All vehicles comply with EU Regulation 2020/1054. We service them regularly and keep everything in accordance with the regulations.
