My name is Pedro Roig. I created Island Tour & Transfer because I saw too many visitors arriving in Mallorca and immediately facing taxi queues that were confusing, unclear prices, and drivers who did not speak their language.
That was a terrible way to start your vacation.
So we created something different. A transfer service where you know exactly how much you will pay before you book. Where someone waits for you when you land. Where the driver truly wants to help you settle in.
We are a family business. That matters because for us every client is not just a reservation number. When something goes wrong at 2 a.m., I am the one who answers the phone.
This is what we do differently
We arrive on time.
Your driver tracks your flight. If it is delayed, we adapt. If you land earlier, we are already there. You will not be stranded in the arrivals area wondering where your transfer is.
Fixed prices. No surprises.
The price you see when booking is the price you pay. There are no extra charges for luggage. No mysterious fees added at the end. We offer you a fair rate and keep it.
Safety comes first
All our vehicles meet the EU safety standards (Regulation (EU) 2020/1054). We maintain them properly because skimping on safety is not worth it for anyone.
Available when you need us
Flights land at odd hours. We understand that. That's why we operate 24/7, 365 days a year. Early morning pickups or late-night arrivals, we are at your disposal.

We are proud members of ASUTRAM (Unified Association of Mallorca Transfer Agents). That means that we adhere to strict industry standards and are subject to oversight by a professional body.
